Calendar- Parent Holiday Present
Old 11-04-2009, 04:11 PM

Hi All,
Last year someone so graciously posted the 2009 calendar in which the students illustrated each page. There was also a poem about each month on the page. We then wrapped it and gave it to the parents for a holiday gift. My question... does anyone have the calendar for 2010? I would like to get a jump start on the illustrations. TIA

Di

I was thinking about that today at school. Here is the link that was posted a few months back.

Do just print

off on regular paper? Color? White? Cardstock? And then each child decorates their own, right?
This sounds like a great project! Thanks for sharing!

This is fantastic! Is there a specific art project I should do with each month to decorate the top?

One page calendar

Someone posted one of these last year that you could put a digital photo of a kid on and type in their name and print. It was wonderful! I had my kids create a border to put around it. It didn't take as long as making a calendar with a page for every month. Wish I could locate something like that for 2010.
