Sweet Potato Souffle

FILLING:
2 cans sweet potatoes
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
TOPPING:
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter, softened
Combine filling ingredients in a large bowl; beat 2 minutes. Pour into buttered 1 ½ quart baking dish. Mix topping ingredients in a smaller bowl. Sprinkle over the sweet potato filling. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes.
