Trifolds/Dominoes--HM??

I am loving the Trifolds and Vocabulary Dominoes that they have for Treasures! Does anyone have anything like this for the Houghton-Mifflin series?

I also teach 4th grade and am using HM. Would you be willing to share the trifolds you've made? I have tried searching on here, but haven't found them. Thank you!!!

How can the students write in the little spaces on the trifolds? I really like the concept and use HM also. I have kids who still are writing so big like in 2nd grade!
