I have bonus points I want to spend on Scholastic but every time I try to order anything it says there's a problem with my account. Is anyone else having this problem????

I actually redeemed some bonus points a few days ago, and didn't run into any problems. I usually get pretty good customer service from Scholastic, so you may want to e-mail them directly. Good luck!

I called and they said it was just a glitch in their system. I'm trying to log on right now but its moving extremely slow! We'll see...

I tried to set up online ordering yesterday and their website was moving so slow I couldn't even do that. Hopefully you got the problem worked out.

I think calling them works the best. The operators are very nice. The line is open after 10:00 PM and on Saturdays too.
