Parent Visitiation Day

As you all know and have been posting, this Thursday parents are allowed to come in and observe my teaching skills. I am a new teacher, so I am pretty certain many will be coming to critique me. That being said, I am wondering if anyone has a good idea for a SIMPLE math lesson to teach that the students should enjoy?

I am not teaching from the manual that day- I have to do something I'm 100% comfortable with.

I'm probably going to be doing subtraction this week. What about an activity where the students actually get to eat what they take away. You can use skittles or M&Ms. Or you could do a graphing and sorting activity with candy too.
My school is not participating in this though. I hadn't heard of it.
