I like it. I'd love to attend a workshop on L&L specifically, but I've just done it based on the book.
I'm the kind of teacher who doesn't believe in or use incentives or behavior charts/plans for my whole class (I will for individual students as needed). L&L helps me deal with my students using a caring approach without any incentives or behavior plans.
It teaches you to use empathy, natural consequences, give students choice, and I-statements to name a few.
I think you should get it!
