Scholastic Red Apple Reduced Items

So I never got my red apple calendar, but I am getting the monthly e-mails with the red apple benefits. In the November e-mail it shows some reduced "price" items that you can buy with your bonus points. I wanted to buy one of them but when I log in it shows as regular price. Anyone know how to get the red apple price? Do I need to access the catalog differently?

I have never received any e-mails about red apple benefits. Hmmm....the only thing I know about being a member, besides the calendar, is getting free shipping. Do any others get e-mails from Scholastic with red apple perks?

I got some labels a few years ago for being in the Red Apple Club, but haven't gotten anything since...no calendar, free shipping, special catalog? If anyone has information, PLEASE post the information!!!!
