Doctor Class book

hey all,
we're studying doctors/nurses and our bodies right now and I wanted to make a class book at the end of the study but I can't think of a simple, predictable, fill in the blank page to have them complete. I had thought about doing something with the kids putting a band-aid on a body part and taking a picture or having them dress up in scrubs. What ideas do you have or have you done before. TIA
