Thanksgiving Ideas?

Does anyone have any ideas for Thanksgiving activities or crafts for the day before break? I'm not wanting to do a full feast, but want to do something fun and different.
Thanks!

I usually make these with my students on the day before Thanksgiving break. They really like making them, and I do it as a following directions activity as we put them together.

I usually use a Hershey's Kiss for the head, it is easier then the Whopper.

Charlie Brown Feast

You can do a Charlie Brown feast like they do in the book/movie. It's not too much prep. Chips, pretzels, jelly beans, ice cream, toast. They love it! Or turkey tracks with Ritz Crackers, cream cheese, and chow mein noodles. Good luck! :-)

Stone Soup

A little bit more work but we read several versions of Stone Soup and then we ask the children to bring in something for the soup. We have them cut everything in the morning and throw it in the crockpot. Serve it before they go home. Kinda cool to see the variety of things that come and the soup turns out great every time. You can venn the different versions, or make a big soup pot with lines on it and they can write their version of the story or do a retelling.
