Scholastic Online Parent Ordering

I set up parent online ordering before school started, and my parents ordered online for October. I have parents that want to order for November, but they are being told that our username and password will no longer work. Do we need to change it each month? I emailed Scholastic but their response was how to set up a new account, which I don't need to do. Can anyone help me?
