Does anyone do this assignment for the 100th day? I am looking for a letter to parents explaining the When I am 100 years old writing assignment. (with or without a rubric.)

I have some files for this on my site. My kids draw this, but I don't have anything for writing for it.

If you are interested in the files, go to http://www.teacherweb.com/mi/central.../mrsbainbridge Choose "for teachers" on the left, go to the "f" section for files, and they are in the O section!

My kids drew themselves today (100th day) and loved it! Thanks. Your materials always look so nice.

my kids drew what they thought they would look like at 100. Many of my 2nd graders drew themselves in a grave or urn...1 of my 1st graders did this and I think it was because he was sitting near the 2nd graders. All the others drew themselves almost how they look now except with wrinkles and different colored hair.
