My daughter has to dress up like a 100 year old woman for 100's day in her Kindergarten class. I thought of hair in a bun and glasses, but I need ideas! Please help!

Bun and glasses are great. What about a long skirt, a blouse (or long sleeve T) with a shawl? Could you make little wrinkles on her face with some make up?

These are good ideas! I am going to work on the wrinkles. I think I can crotchet her a shawl in three days. Thanks!

A kindergarten teacher that I know said one of her students had a cane and another brought a walker to use throughout the day.

We recently had this celebration at my school and I about fell over laughing at the little old ladies that showed up. Many of them wore their sweatpants with a turtle neck tucked in and added extra padding to their tummies. Make sure your waist band is pulled up as high as you can get it.

Others used walkers and wore their night gowns. You can get silver hair spray to change the color of your hair.

Don't forget the Kleenex in the sleeves and pockets! Also find some of those big clipon earrings.

One of your K teachers does this every year... she makes sure she has her knee highs rolled down and her slip showing about 2 inches below her skirt!

You can sprinkle baby powder in her hair to make it look gray.

Wear some gaudy costume jewelry, especially with a pin. If you don't have any, ask an elderly friend or go to the local thrift store. Clip on earrings are a must too! Too bad you don't live close, my mom has a lot of this stuff you could borrow.

They even had a Sock-Hop and Root Beer Float party. We thought it was halarious the week before when my daughter came home saying their teacher had a lot of big bottles of coke and beer in their room!

One each hung from 2 knee highs atached to a t-shirt as old lady breasts and sweat shirt with a flower on the front covering everything up. That is what I think of... my grandmother lived to 105.

Hey, how about a sweatshirt with grandma or grandchild reference (Crazy For My Grandkids, Grandmas Are Just Antique Little Girls, etc...).
