I am teaching about Medieval China (Tang, Sung dynasties) does anyone have any ideas on projects/activities/simulations? Thanks!

Here's a graphing assignment that covers those time periods in China. It does not require any mention of dynasties, but that would be easy to adjust by having students make a color code for the period of time in the Song and Tang dynasties.
