selling on CraigsList--bill of sale?

DH and I are selling a few old appliances and pieces of furniture on CraigsList. Do we/should we provide a bill of sale that says appliances are sold "as-is"? Everything is working for us, but in the event that it would stop working later, don't we need something to protect us legally? Thoughts, anyone? TIA!
