Clip to ScrapBook #1

A while ago I read a post about glue tops that would only dispense a dot and don't clog. They were orange and cost about $.80 a piece. At the time I didn't have the money so I bookmarked the thread... or so I thought I did. Does anyone know the brand or website I can find these? Google has been of no help to me today! Thank you so much for any help!
