Looking for font w/ primary lines....

I want to find a font that has the upper and lower lines around it with the dotted line in the middle that allows you to continue the lines even when there are no letters or words. In other words, the spacing b/w the the letters and words won't be blank; it'll have the lines.

It has the lines with the dots in the middle. If you press the ` key next to the number 1 it will have the blank line.

I think I got it from here: http://desktoppub.about.com/od/lesso...ship-Print.htm

Thank you! I have been so frustrated making my own dotted lines over the years. I used to have a font and then switched computers and it never got switched over. Thanks
