Hi, I am going to be teaching 2nd grade and the district that I am working with requires us to have a word wall for each subject. I am doing a jungle theme and I was wondering if you all can help me think of some catchy titles for my word walls for these subjects:
Social studies
Science
Reading
Math

Any ideas will really help...Thanks in advance!

I saw one of the classrooms here on PT that used titles like, "Words Historians Use," etc... I liked the idea a lot because it shows a real-world application to the vocabulary that the kid s are learning.

Reading: Words that Roar
Math: Bananas for Math Words! or We Like to Monkey with Math Words
Science: Slithering into Science Words
Social Studies: Swinging into Social Studies' Words

Okay, some of those are a little dorky! Maybe they will spark some inspiration!
