Does anyone have a detailed field letter to be sent to parents. We are going to disney on ice.

our school has a set permission letter that parents sign at registration. We notify them by newsletter that we are going and if they don't want to participate it is up to them to notify me. The week of I send a quick reminder note listing dress and food needs if any.
