We have parent teacher conferences starting Thursday. I of course waited to the last minute to print my reminder forms. Now I can't find it on my computer (I think it is eating files, my graph disappeared also!)

Does anyone have a form that says something like:
Reminder-Parent Teacher Conference tomorrow at ______PM.

We do our conferences all week after school. Not sure if this will work for you, but you can decide. Of course, you'll need to adjust it to fit your needs. I took out the school information and replaced it with spaces for you to add your own. I just write the student's name and circle the appropriate date, day and time.(Also, since I work in a Spanish-speaking community, it includes both languages. Delete the Spanish if you don't need it.)

This might be too late, but here is one I just made to use for my conferences. Maybe someone else can use it. If you don't have the font I used on your computer it may look strange, but you can change it.
