Electronic Lesson Plan Template

Does anyone have an electronic lesson plan template they would be willing to share. I have used one in the past, but continue to go back to the old fashioned notebook type of book.

Thanks..........

I've tried several formats of LP templates on my computer, but I keep going back to the old fashioned hand written format. It just seems to go quicker (even though I type very fast).

Sorry I'm really no help, am I.

Mrs. G,

I'm wondering the same thing myself, although I like the polished look a lot more.

Lesson Plans

I am very anal about organization. My lesson plans are color coded. Each subject is in a different color which match my file folders for each subject. The kids also have matching colored folders for each subject. This way everything gets put in the correct spot. All I have to do is say "get out your green Math folder"
I put these plans in page protectors in a binder. M-W is on one page and TH-F are on the other. This way I can leave one week open on my desk at a time.
I guess to each his own. Hope these help!

I don't love this format...

it's like a regular planbook. But it saves time because I don't have to write headings each week and I have more room to write stuff. I usually print off and handwrite the plans. My principal loves the setup for some unknown reason...

I love some of your lesson plan templates! I might just change to a different one,but I thought I'd put mine here too. My is pretty simple- just written in Word and then I print off each day and then write my plans in it. I like having all of the headings there, but then being able to write my plans in. I threehole punch the papers and put them in a binder. I'm just attaching Monday, but it's basically the same for everyday.

Here is a copy of my lesson plan page. I only teach language arts and social studies. This was adapted from a post last year. You can change it to apply to you. It was made in Word using the table. I love to type my plans. It gives me more room to say what I want and it is very easy to read!

And another

This is one that I have been using for years. For seven years I used it when I taught visual arts, now I teach computers, so it is quite handy, especially if you teach a "special" and have different classes all week.

It is easy to adapt, and allows for extra room. NOTE: 10 or 11 point is usually good for standard fonts.
