Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close

We saw this last night and really enjoyed the story. It's not so much about 9/11 as it is about a boy's life as a result of the day.
Not exactly what I expected, but felt it was worth the money paid to see it in the theater. Any one else see it, yet?

Was it sad? It looks like one of those movies.

I saw it too and really enjoyed it. While it was sad, I didn't cry and I always cry at movies.

I saw it last night. It was not what I expected and I didn't cry either - and I cry at everything! It was interesting to me.I'm still not sure if I would recommend it.

I am glad to see there will be a lot of chick flicks coming out. That's what I was in the mood for.

I thought about going. Do you just wish you waited for the DVD? I wondered. If it focused more on the boy's journey than Tom Hanks and Sandra Bullock.

I am looking forward to the chick flicks that are coming, too. I like a good story with a few twists and nothing scary. This one was worth it for me. Also, I have a very tough critic as a date when I go to the movies. Not too mushy, you know what I mean? It would be worth waiting for the DVD if you usually do that. We go to the movies about twice a year, so I was pleasantly surprised by this one.

My sister and BIL saw it and said it was really intense for them. They suggested I not see it alone. I think that is because we live in NY and lost friends in the towers.
They did say that it was a good movie.
