Does anyone have an end of the year poem that they give to their students as a good bye? I'm putting together memory books for each of my 3rd graders and I want to end it with a good bye poem. Does anyone have one? Thanks for your help!

I do an ABC acrostic of events that have happened through the year and put each of their names in it. For example

A is for Alex and Art class every Wednesday
B is for Battle of the Books winners
C is for Cara, Carly and caring for each other

etc.

Here is one of my favorites!

It's time to say good-bye
Our year has come to an end.
I've made more cherished memories
and many more new friends.

I've watched you learn and grow
and change from day to day.
I hope that all the things we've done
Have helped in some small way.

So it's with happy memories
I send you out the door,
With great hope and expectations
for what next year holds in store.

I just wanted to say that I’m sure all of you are aiming to get into university and into your courses. We all know this isn’t easy but it’s not impossible. You all have your own aims and your own wants. Everything is already planned for you, so whether you like it or not you will go through the path Allah has chosen for you. Off course you have a choice to decide which path you want to choose. Like getting into uni or not or working for yourself or not. Everything is in your hands. Your decision may affect your life. So my advice to you is to never give up… climb over the wall, jump through something but make it to your goal.
It's not as hard as it seems.

Don't ever stop Dreaming your Dreams
I believe in you so should you.
And don’t forget it’s not worth getting upset for someone who’s not worth it. As a year 12 student we have all experience it and trust me were already regretting. There may be times were you want to punish your teacher by not studying but don’t forget you will only be punishing yourself.
Good luck in your future and never get upset no matter what.
