help! behavior idea needed

Hi
I am trying to create a classroom management/ behavior plan that has 5 steps in it which my school are currently deciding on.
I teach Grade 1 and would like to draw/ make something whereby the children can move their name or something else along a ???? when their behavior changes or worsens.
I used to have a traffic light system but I can't use that now. I'd rather have something cute-looking and visual- not say, a flip your card pocket chart.
My colleague has a gorgeous train with colored carriages that she made and the children move their name along it. I need a cute visual!!
* What can I use?
* Where can I find a picture of it online or a website maybe?

Suggestions please!
Thank you!!

We did a racing theme this year and my friend bought a race track for good behavior BB set at the teacher supply store. The start out in their cars on the start line. If the have to move their car they move to the pits or something like that. It was really cute.

Personally, I use a dot chart. I took a poster board and made a grid. 20 down and 5 across. I numbered 20 dots and put velcro on each. Also I put velcro on each box going across the chart. Each student starts off on their starting position. They have 5 squares (chances). If they get in trouble they are told to move their dot.
