I was just wondering if anyone had any unique attention getters to get the class back when they are well straying. I have a jungle theme and every year rack my brain to come up with something creative. My kids love the "Surf's Up." Then they said "Hang Ten" and froze. They know then that they needed to pay attention or quiet down. It was much better than ringing a bell and they loved saying it. Know any I could use that go with the Jungle theme?

I say "Ring, Ring"
They say "Hello!" and stop whatever they're doing.

Sometimes I have to tell them that the "phone" rang a couple of times before someone answered it!

The Dr. Jean website has a bunch of awesome "silent" cheers too!

I'm doing a sports theme, and I was thinking of maybe doing:

I say, "Team (Room #)" and they say, "rocks!" or something like that

I love these ideas! I have a very talkative group this year. My theme is camping/hiking. Any suggestions?
