Higher Level Thinking Question Help!!!

Clip to ScrapBook #1

Hi!
Recently, my principal told me to incorporate more higher level thinking questions into my lessons. I'm going to do some review work with my kindergarten class on initial consonant sounds with letters and sounds that we have reviewed.

I have always struggled with higher level thinking questions, and especially with kindergarten.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to examples of higher level thinking questions relating to initial consonant sounds?

thanks!!!

I found something on Pinterest last year that I have incorporated into my literacy block. I LOVE these cards! I found them on saylorslog.blogspot.com She found the idea at www.hellofirstgrade.com
I teach kindergarten, and my principal is very impressed with how well the students respond to the questions!
