Ive been posting on here about the board game theme. I love all the ideas that we have shared. I have one more request.... I have a million bulletin boards in my classroom (well 6).... and I would like to do a 6+1 traits of writing bulletin board in some way but tie it in to the board game theme.
so far I have:
*Twister bulletin board- Put a new Twist on your year with 5th grade
*Homeworkopoly BB
* Read to Succeed in the Game of LIFE (Accelerated Reader)
Id love to hear any creative ideas on this.

What if you made a card that looks like the quesitn card for trivial pursuit? Each trait could be the "category"

I was going to suggest a trivial pursuit concept as well. I was picturing those pie shapes being used for each trait. In my 6 trait training it was suggested that we color code each trait (all posters be done in that color as well as corrections in that color marker). This would tie in great with the colored triangles.

You could title it, "Six Trait Trivia!"

I LOVE your theme! If I didnt start the new school year in three weeks, I might be changing. I think I have my new theme for next year though. Thanks!

I will definitely work on that! I'm going to take picture tomorrow before open house when its still nice and fresh and pretty!
I changed my door to say "Attitude: Its How You Play The Game"
and hung playing cards on the door. I'm going to get all the kids to sign it the first day!
