Hello, I just found this board and am so excited! I am currently obtaining the K-12 TESOl endorsement in Ohio. I have an interview tomorrow for an ELL tutor position for a local school district. I was wondering if anyone has any advice on what to expect, what kind of questions may be asked?

i guess this reply is delayed but questions always depends on the interviewer, normally they will asked for your past experiences and how well do you do the teaching. they site a situation and will ask you how are you going to handle the situation. most of the question is about strategies.

now that you already done with the interview, may i know how it goes and what was the question asked to you and how did you answer.
