What grade/s are the children in? What level of ESL are you teaching? What are the children's native languages? How many children do you have in pullout?

If the kids do speak, I alsways start with why do we go to ESL...explaining what they all have in common and what "fun" things we are going to do in my classroom. That eases the tension of we "I " was pulled from my room. Then I let them decorate their ESL folder or journal. The next days I do an ALL ABOUT Me Unit

Hi, How many students do you have? I have a small group of 6 ESL students that I work with and am looking for another small group to write pen pal letters for. My kids are in Grade 3. Would you be interested in this? We are in Delta, British Columbia.
Thanks.
