I make all my class lists through Excel.

I was going to attach one of my lists, but then thought again when I remembered all this privacy stuff we're going through.

What's great about Excel is that you can sort, export to other programs - so many useful things!

Do you have excel on your computer? If yes, you can send me your names and I'll make you one. It will only take me a few minutes. then I can email it to you.

I open a word document and insert a table with how ever many columns and rows I need (I use two columns for each class and 14 rows for students). I then add their birthdates and CA in the first column. There are codes in the second column with any info I need like IEP's and if they will be going on to KDG.

That is so nice of you to offer your help. Luckily a teacher at my school helped me create one today. I really do appreciate your offer. IT is nice to have such friendly people to visit with on this sight. It is a breath of fresh air compared to the other site I've been frequenting.

Thanks again!

I am going to learn how to do all of those cool things on the computer this year. My friend at work is going to show me how. Once I've been shown how to do something I can usually do it on my own.
Thank you for your help and example! : )
