homework template

There is a thread a few posts down that mentions using a homework template. I tried a search, but couldn't find an example of one. Does anyone have a copy of a homework template that they wouldn't mind sharing? I'd also be intersted in looking at the tic-tac-toe homework as well, if anybody has that. Thanks so much!

Here is one I found--it's not mine but the idea is there.

This is what I use. Parents have room to write me notes as well as it has a place for them to mark their behavior. If you have questions, send me a private message.

Here's mine. The reverse side of this is our behavior log and it stays in their STAR binders all week, then gets turned in on Monday when they get the new one.

Try going to Opencourtresources.com.
Once there go to 2nd grade and then go to Sharing Stories.
Scroll down to homework and open.
I use those; but tweak them with my own assignments, words, etc.
I like them because everything fits on 1 sheet.
Hope this helps.

TeacherMeg, did you use a premade template to make the homework sheet? I like it.
