Clip to ScrapBook #1

I have a student that attends preschool for 9.5 hours a day and will not eat. Will only drink water all day. This has been going on for 9 months and the mother doesn't care. The child has severe behavioral issues as well. He bites, kicks screams, spits, etc.... Ironically the mother works in nutrition so she thinks that giving the child a shake in the morning will cut it for the day. She refuses any referrals and is being coached by the supervisor to go against the class staff. Any suggestions? This poor child is being used for the supervisors personal vendetta against the teacher and his mom is dumb enough to go along with it so he will not get dropped. But all the other children are being put at risk of being injured on a daily basis.
