Preschool Lesson Plan and Child Evaluation

Clip to ScrapBook #1

I have a public school interview Friday morning and they're asking for a lesson plan as well as an evaluation. When I asked for further clarification she said, "a child evaluation but I'm not a teacher so I don't know."

I'm nervous as I'm not sure what to bring. I've been trying to find a position in special ed resource but this is a start.

Anyone have a sample evaluation and/or lesson plan example I can use?

This is one thought. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.pin...4219004723995/

TIA!

Thanks for asking. Didn't go as planned. 3 people interviewed me Felt like I was being grilled and they asked for an educational evaluation which I didn't have. I showed them a observational anecdotal sheet I used. That said, the woman who kept grilling me with follow-up questions at the end of the interview asked for my educational eval. I told her I have this and showed her observation sheet. She then said, "you don't have an educational evaluation of elibility for special education?" To that I replied, "that's confidential information and I had to keep them st the schools I worked at." She then took what I had, that and the lesson plan.

20 students, 8-9 spec ed. She told me that they have a lot of families interested and weren't turning them down. She said you either get a coteacher and one aide or 2 aides and you. That's a lot! I walked away saying not for me. I didn't get it.
