I'm trying to do Notes and Notice this year. Any suggestions for books (maybe especially picture books) that would work with this? So far I have read them Zero and Giraffes Can't Dance.

Anything by Patricia Polacco will probably work well for you. My favorite title is Thank You Mr. Falker.

Patricia Polacco would be great! Or Mr. Lincoln's Way.

I am familiar with many of these titles and can recommend them for upper elementary students.

Fabulous!! I recognize many of those titles. It helps for me if I know in advance which signpost I'm going to use with which book because this is the first year for me with trying Notes and Notice. I've even gotten my colleague to try it with her kids too so I'm super excited. I hope it helps the kids! And I'm sure as I get better at it, I'll be able to model these strategies with a little less planning, lol.

Have you joined the Notice and Note Facebook page? It's one of my go to resources for implementing N&N (as well as disrupting thinking)

I have! For a long time, that's all I did, just read their page. I find it helpful but the sheer volume of resources to be overwhelming.
