Do you enjoy Hallmark Xmas movies?

I just watched one from 2016 titled Journey Back To Christmas which includes time travel from 1945 to 2016. I love this film so I recorded it on my TIVO.
If this sounds interesting to you be sure to try to catch it on the Hallmark channel this month or next. It was on the mystery channel by Hallmark.

DH loves them. We've been watching them since before Halloween. Not my preference, but it makes him happy and I prefer them over some of his other TV choices. I saw the one you're talking about last year. We don't have the mystery channel in our area, just regular Hallmark.

I don't get The Hallmark channel but the movies often play on WNetwork.
I watch them all!!!!!
I love it.
Right now I have one on in the family room as I sit at the kitchen table making cards.
I think I will start a quilt tomorrow so I hope there are lots of back to back movies on TV.

My husband hates Hallmark movies! He says they are surypie sweet. I don't really understand what's wrong with that.

I don't love all the movies, but I do remember that one from last year. I liked it.

Some of them just don't capture my interest, but most do. I like the ones with Lacey Chabert, Candace Cameron Bure, and some of the others. Right now, I'm watching "Let It Snow".

I do not have Hallmark channel.
So, I borrow them all from the public library.
Hubby watches them with me.
I ordered 10 for this four-day weekend!

Do you have a favorite?

Yes! I love the Hallmark Christmas movies. I don't love all of them, but most of them. Thankfully DH will watch them with me.

Yesterday, after watching one, he said he had to change it to a sports' channel or they'd take away his man-card.

For some reason, I never really watched Hallmark movies in general. I watch Lifetime movies generally. Lifetime seems to have more of the suspenseful storylines I like.

My favorite Xmas used to be The Christmas Shoes but now I like Journey Back To Christmas better.

My all time favorite Hallmark movie is

I love them! I even get a little giddy when they have Christmas in July. DH watches them too. I think he likes them but I can't tell anyone.

are pretty predictable. They are modern day fairy tales really since everything turns out happily ever after. I think that is why I enjoy them.

There is no underlying sadness like in the movies The Notebook or Private Ryan. There is no tension like we felt when we journeyed on The Titanic with Rose and Jack. There is no shock or sense of doom like in Silence of the Lambs.

There is just a simple and easily resolved conflict with lots of love, strong family values and romance. It is nice to watch something so simple once in a while.

I like a lot of them. I like to have them on the background. Some of them
I start and they don't hold my interest, but there are some good ones! My favorite one from last year was called The Nine Lives of Christmas. I hope they show it again this year. It's a bonus if you like cats! Great movie.

Yes! That is a cute love story about a firefighter and vet student. I enjoyed that one I am not a cat fan since I am allergic to them.
