What do you have for the main dish at Thanksgiving? Turkey? What kind? Or ham? Or something else?

Turkey.... but it depends on who were eating with. If its at my house I oven roast a turkey. My extended family will typically buy a smoked turkey if were with them, or I have an uncle that fries them sometimes.

I prefer a smoked turkey, although we usually have an oven roasted one.

We always roast a fresh turkey--no frozen ones!

Always turkey. This year I'm just buying two fresh breasts. Probably oven roasted, but maybe fried.

We always do turkey. We dry brine it the night before. Since we need the oven for everything else, we use a roaster. Sometimes we do half roaster and finish it on the grill.
Christmas is usually roast beef or ham.

My son a few years ago started doing a brined turkey. It's so moist and juicy and delicious! It's what we always have now. You soak it overnight in salt water and spices. Then you roast it.

I have to eat Costco already cooked turkey. Gf They pour flour all over the turkey.😓 gravey, stuffing and such.
