Please help! Taking a graduate class on Autism. My question is about citing references in paper with APA format.. . Question is.. if I have written about a diagnostic test in my paper and explained the test, but didn't actually take information from the actual test, but from a textbook...would I cite the test info in the paper and in the references or just cite the textbook. Example...I explained the Autisim Diagnostic Interview-Revised -(ADI-R;Lord,Ritter, & LeCouteur) is 93 item interview booklet....etc etc. would I cite this in the references even though I didn't actually use book with the above citation, Or would I just put reference for text like ... Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised (Cline, 2016)
Thanks for any help!

I have no idea! Seriously, have you checked the OWL?

If you can't find a definitive answer on there, I do see a site coordinator who's available for email...
