I like the list idea, too. I do know though, that often I skip those things on the list that I don't really want to do and either put them off indefinitely, or decide they really weren't that important, until they either become that important or the whole idea is useless!
I have 2 winter items I wanted to tweak that have been laying on my sewing machine for, ummmm, almost a year. I don't know if they are going to become important enough to do (if not, throwing them away is the option) or not. I sure have my plate full of other things.
I find I can go months in the slug mode, then suddenly get motivated and accomplish a great deal. I realize then how much easier life would be if I just got things done promptly, but it only helps for a short time then slug comes back.
