St. Patrick's Day - Menu

I have been cooking to save money and it's turned into a little hobby.

I made a fun menu for St. Patrick's Day. I shared it with my husband and had him pick which he'd like.. he said 2 or 3. I think I am going to make the steak and ale pie.

Which one would you choose 1, 2, or 3?

Any good steak and ale pie recipes? Or mint milkshake recipes?

Menu - March 12- 18, 2018

3/12/18 Monday: Slow cooker pot roast and salad
3/13/18 Tuesday: Baked ham, apple sauce, green vegetable and salad
3/14/18 Wednesday: Grilled ham and cheese with leftover ham, green salad
3/15/18 Thursday: Shrimp scampi with angel hair pasta, peas and green salad
3/16/18 Friday: Date Night
3/17/18 Saturday - St. Patrick’s Day Menu Options (please choose 1)

1. Corned Beef, herbed buttered potatoes, green vegetable, green salad, St. Patrick’s day mint milk shakes, shamrock cupcakes
2. Shepard’s pie, green salad, Irish soda bread and butter, St. Patrick’s day mint milkshakes, shamrock cupcakes
3. Steak and ale pie, green vegetable, green salad, St. Patrick’s day mint milkshakes, shamrock cupcakes

3/18/18 Sunday: Homemade pizza, green salad

This website has some recipes I am going to try:https://www.foodnetwork.com/holidays...ks-day-recipes

I LOVE it!!

Personally, I'd like the shepherd's pie. That's just one of my favorites! (I don't eat beef, so I use ground chicken or turkey. Still delicious!)

My favorite Irish pub in Boston (Mr. Dooley's) has this FREAKIN' phenomenal Kerry Mac and Cheese. They put some of "their" bacon in it (the thicker slices you get in the UK), and OH. MY. GOSH. It is SO creamy and amazing! It comes with a side of their Irish soda bread. Again...incredible!

(Now I feel the need to get back to Boston ASAP!! Fortunately I'm going in a couple of weeks to the ASCD conference. I'll be definitely eating at Mr. Dooley's! )

Have an awesome St. Patty's week!!
