Hospital gift for 3 year old

Anyone have an idea for a little gift to take to a three year old in the hospital? She just got diagnosed with luekemia and Iíd like to take her something so she can be entertained as they run more tests, etc. Coloring books have already been taken and I didnít want to just take a stuffed animal. Thanks!

Melissa and Doug have reusable sticker sets. They come with a background and a bunch of stickers. They cost around $5. I've seen them at Target and craft/hobby stores. Just a plain notebook with a bunch of different stickers would be good, too.

A small photo album of her things at home, her pets, pics of family.Something tiny like a grandma's brag book. It would take up much room and she can tell about it while looking at the pics.

I was going to suggest Melissa and Doug items too. They have a bunch of nice things. Another great brand is Lauri toys. They're all made of foam rubber and heavy cardstock. The primer pack and toddler tote are stored in a travel box.
One thing: Make sure that she can have the stuff you're bringing. Sometimes pediatric patients need toys that are super-clean to avoid infection.

The Little Books that have a marker like pen that reveals a picture when you rub the marker across the page. They come in different levels of interest. Think I saw some at Michael's last week.

The Melissa and Doug magnetic dress up dolls are really fun. Kind of like paper dolls, but all the clothes and accessories are magnetic.

Great hit with grandaughters- Melissa and Doug (I should have bought stock in them) have a water "pen" book that is cardboard- you "paint" it and then when it dries, you can paint it again...all water based. Such a nice idea of you to give some things to this little one!

Play dough, stuffed animal, Melissa and Doug reusable stickers. You can peel them off and put them into different scenes. High quality too.

3 year olds have imaginations too, so little animal figures would be fun.
