Spelling template/ letter shape boxes

I have been looking online for a template or free font to create sheets/ visuals of the letter shaped boxes for spelling sight words. Does anyone have a way other than drawing the boxes? I am stumped! Thanks for your help!

Go to abcteach.com. You can search word shape. It lets you enter in 12 words and then makes them into shapes. It's good for worksheets.

This is one I use each week with our sight words. The kids do it for morning work, but it could be used in a center.

This website has lots of templates for the configuration of sight words. You'll have to poke around to find them.

Thanks so much for this post and the subsequent replies. I am a Graduate teacher with a P/1 class. I'm working in a little rural itty bitty school and have NO support or resources to utilise.

I have been making my own sight word shape boxes in Word, but this is 1000% easier!

Thank you!! I have been looking for years, but didn't know what to call the word shapes. This was one of several methods/activities included in my 6th grade spelling book (20 years ago). To this day, I still picture words in their shapes in my mind. Crazy what an effect that visual had on me. I have wanted to use this with my students, so thank you very much for the great resource and referral!!
