Card: Woman friend get well

Clip to ScrapBook #1

A friend is having surgery Monday (tomorrow) morning. I tried out some of the new Ranger Alcohol Pearls inks, using Ranger Alcohol Blending Solution on Ranger Gloss Cardstock. I tried using Ranger Alcohol Lift-Ink with a stamp from Simon Says Stamp Geometric Pattern Builder set. I think the lines were too thin for it to really be visible. I'll post an angled picture in the next post. I cut Simon Says Stamp Clustered Leaves die from vellum. I stamped the Feel better soon from Simon Says Stamp More Sketchy Banner Greetings, which is out of production. I cut the sentiment with My Favorite Things Essential Fishtail Sentiment Strips.

This shows the very subtle pattern across the top of the card.

Very beautiful card! Just curious— about how long does it usually take you to make a card?

I'm slow. Typically between an hour and an hour and a half. Sometimes I have a plan when I start and things change big time by the time I'm done.
