Upgrading embroidery machine

I think I am going to bite the bullet and do an upgrade. My machine is fine, but I stumbled upon a sewing shop with my preferred brand (Husqvarna) and they are running a sale and will give me a very nice trade in for my current machine. It is a want, not a need, but-like all my friends and family have said, “You can’t take it with you!”

Even better yet, my friend that got me going with machine embroidery is looking to get a new machine so we are “bargaining” with the shop and they upped her trade in value by $600 and mine $400 if we each buy a new machine. We are going there on Monday. If she decides not to get one my trade in will be $200 less, which I am fine with. I will get $1000 trade in
if that happens, which is half of what I paid for the machine two years ago.

Ah! I'm a touch jelly!

My embroidery machine is still doing its job and I can't seem to make myself turn loose of the funds to invest in a new one yet. BUT.... it's always tempting when I see the new models and all they can do.

Enjoy!! And share your projects, please.
