Tutor ESL, where to start?

There is a job posted in my area for and ESL tutor, district wide, need a BS degree but "must be willing to complete TESOL." I'm an English teacher so I could possibly do this. They are going to ask me tough questions, I'm sure, about how I would teach or where I would start. Can anyone suggest a video or a short course on how to assess or where to start with ESL for newcomers, so I could possibly get my foot in the door in this teaching field? I would be a "tutor," and I know there are ESL teachers already in the school, so I would probably be working with them. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
