you want to level books, Scholastic is probably the best for leveling books from A to Z or 1 to 32. Lexile.com is the best site for leveling books higher than that. We use both levels at our school.

Fontas and Pinnel have a huge book for leveling. Maybe you could get your school to buy a copy for the staff to share.
