Short/Long Vowel posters

I am teaching 2nd grade (first year taught 3rd for 7 years) and I have students who do not know the difference between short and long vowel sounds. I was wondering if anyone knew of any posters that I could print off and hang in classroom. Is it normal for students to still not know this at this age?
Thanks for any help.

I used print shop and made my own. I set the paper landscape (wide) and put a border around the edges, one border for short vowel posters and a different one for long vowels. I found a cute graphic, such as a cat, and underneath put ""cat" and below that "short a". I laminated them and have them hanging in my room. I made a seperate sign for each long and short vowel. I don't know that the kids look at them often but I refer to them from time to time.
