I have to fill out my self-report and one of the questions is:

Describe a specific instructional adjustment (e.g., materials, sequencing, etc.) which you have made based on the needs assessment of your students.

For the life of me, I've read this question a million times and I just can't seem to grasp what it's asking me. Please help!

What have you changed in your instruction after you tested your students?

What have you changed about how you teach (or one specific part of your teaching) based on how your students are doing?

How have you adapted/modified your teaching to meet the needs of your students based on assessments you've done?

I always ask myself what did I do differently for those kiddos that just didn't get it...the materials and everything else should come naturally once you determine how you differentiated your instruction. Hope that helps!
